Terms of use

You may use this site for anything lawful, personally or commercially, without asking and without attribution. There is no licence to accept because there is nothing being licensed to you: the tool runs in your browser and produces a file on your own device.

Pictures you open remain entirely yours. This site claims no rights over them, acquires no copy of them, and takes no position on what they contain. Because nothing is transmitted, there is also no mechanism by which a file could be reviewed, retained or handed to anyone else.

You are responsible for having the right to work on the pictures you open, and for what the result is used for. A reflected photograph is not an accurate record of the scene it was taken from, and presenting one as though it were is a decision you make and not one this site can prevent.

The tool is offered as it is. The transform is deliberately simple, its arithmetic was checked against fixture files, and the build refuses to ship if certain guarantees are broken — but the browser test suite has not been run against this build, browsers differ, files are occasionally malformed, and no page can promise a correct result on every input. Keep your originals. Nothing here modifies a file on your device, so the original is always the fallback, and it is the only one there is.

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of this site, including a file that failed to export, a result that was not what you expected, or a transfer printed the wrong way round.

The site may change, move or stop being published. Routes may be added or merged, and a feature described as planned may not be built. Nothing here is a commitment to keep a particular page at a particular address indefinitely.

Advertising on this site is served by a third party and is subject to that party terms as well as these. None is being served at present: the positions exist in the build and are switched off pending review. Wherever they do appear they are below the working surface and never within it, and the tool functions identically whether an advert is absent, blocked or filled.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of them is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
